Here is the standard Shipping Policy for The Nelco, designed to be clear and transparent for your customers.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Nelco. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

     

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

     

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and pin code.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues, extreme weather conditions, or festive rushes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery services across most serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Please ensure you are available to receive the package and have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid courier returns.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • The Nelco is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if handled improperly by the courier. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and ensure you record an unboxing video to help us file a claim and expedite your replacement.
