1. Return Window

  • Customers can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and barcodes intact.

  • You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Perishable goods or food items.

  • Personal care items, innerwear, or cosmetics.

  • Customized or personalized products made specifically to order.

  • Items purchased during specific clearance or final flash sales.

4. The Return Process & Reverse Shipping

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team during our active calling hours.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, you may be requested to self-ship the item back to our warehouse. Shipping costs for self-shipped items are non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package, as it serves as vital proof to expedite your replacement or refund claim.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit/bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer or banking partner's policies.
